Emma! I hope all is going well far away! I shall continue to be your fashionable voice of reason from across the sea (if you permit me). And as such, I must question your enjoyment of Doc Martins. Really? They're awful! I would love to hear a defense from you, as I cannot think of one, even trying my hardest to play devil's advocate. Explain to me why grunge is not dead and buried. I do love the bag, by the way!

Hey Rebecca! things are indeed going swell.

I like doc martins because of the grunge aspect.
They are tough, and heavy, and I really dont know, i just like the look. I would probably wear a pair with something like what is above, or something more feminine, because i like the idea of balance in an outfit. and the look as a whole is not grunge, which i agree with you- is dead and buried, but more...urban chic?

Also, the PS1- i am obsessed! its so stylish and sensible and androgynous and elegant and classy! i will someday own one :P either a PS1 or a mulberry Alexa, which is a bit more feminine.

The Mulberry Alexa is indeed a wonderful thing. And yet, so very overpriced, and named after a not particularly cool person, no matter what the rest of the fashion world seems to think about her.
I can't wait for the Mulberry collection at Target, which debuts in a few weeks (I'm assuming the dates are the same in Asia-- do you guys have a Target there? If not, perhaps you can buy one of the bags online.)
I got a Fashion's Night Out T-shirt today, and am wearing it. I wish you were here to appreciate it, as it is limited edition, and is the closest I could get to actually attending FNO in NYC. I think Elizabeth told you this, but I totally dreamed that you became a supermodel, and I saw you at the Plaza hotel lunching with Liya Kebede and Abbey Lee Kershaw (you supermodels and your hyper-metabolisms!)

Oh thank you Rebecca! Yes, Elizabeth said you had a dream involving me and modeling :)
Unfortunately, we do not have any targets here, but I shall be scrounging the web for a mulberry for target bag!
I covet a fashions night out t-shirt! Where can i got one? i wish i could be there to bask in its chic glory!
